How this differs from ZAZ Speak. Speak is thirty days of conversation practice, free with your membership — it drills what you say. This drills how it sounds: endings, stress, pace, the sounds that get merged. They work well together, and most people run Speak alongside this.

Lesson fourteen ends by playing your recording from lesson one next to the one you have just made. If there is no difference you will hear that too, and we would rather you did.

How it works

  2. Enrol and pay once. We confirm by hand, usually the same working day.
  3. Tell ZAZ what you need it for once, and the practice lines are rewritten into sentences from your own work rather than generic ones.
  4. Three lessons talk back. On those, ZAZ asks, you answer out loud, and it responds to what you actually said — your words, your pace, your fillers.
  5. Work through it at your own pace. Your place is remembered, so fifteen minutes whenever you have them is exactly how it is meant to be used.

Recordings are made and played back in your browser and are never uploaded. We store which lessons you have finished and the mark you gave yourself, nothing else. There is no audio of you on our servers to lose, and nobody at ZAZTEK can listen to you practise.
