PSX: selling at bourse, KSE-100 down over 800 points
Selling was observed at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with the benchmark KSE-100 Index shedding over 800 points during the opening minutes of trading on Monday. At 9:40am, the benchmark index was hovering at 167,312.97, down by 842.52 points or 0.50%. Selling was seen in key sectors, including automobile assemblers, cement, commercial banks, oil and gas exploration companies, OMCs, power generation and refinery.
