Gold edges lower with focus on Fed minutes, rate path clues
Gold prices slipped on Wednesday as investors looked to minutes from the US Federal Reserve’s September meeting for indications on whether policymakers remain inclined to raise rates further. Spot gold eased 0.3% to $4,150.23 per ounce by 0145 GMT. US gold futures edged 0.2% lower to $4,177.60.
