Utilities stocks lift Sri Lankan shares higher

Sri Lankan shares closed higher on Friday, led by utilities stocks. The CSE All-Share index settled 0.41% higher at 20,316.91 points. Dialog Axiata and Hatton National Bank were the biggest boost to the index, up 0.91% and 0.93%, respectively, on the day. Trading volume on the index fell slightly to 70.1 million shares from 72.9 million shares in the previous session.
