PM Shehbaz, Maulana Fazl discuss easing tensions with KP government
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday telephoned Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and invited him to the Prime Minister’s House for a meeting. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Maulana Fazl accepted the invitation, and the meeting is expected to take place soon. During the conversation, the two also discussed ways to ease tensions between the federal government and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, the statement said.
