Paposh Market sealed, 9 arrested for illegal parking fees
KARACHI: The Karachi administration has stepped up citywide action against encroachments, illegal parking, fire safety violations and professional begging. Assistant Commissioner Nazimabad Rabia Syed sealed Paposh Market, comprising more than 200 shops, for violating fire safety regulations. On Tariq Road, Assistant Commissioner Ferozabad Javeria Ashraf arrested nine people for illegally collecting parking fees. FIRs were registered against them.
