Governor’s rule, Emergency in KP: President summons NA, Senate sessions today
ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned separately sessions of the National Assembly and Senate for today (Tuesday), amid developments concerning the imposition of a state of emergency and governor’s rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). According to a statement issued by the President’s media wing on Monday, the president has summoned the both sessions separately for October 13, 2026, at 6:15 pm at Parliament House.
