PESHAWAR: The district administration extended Section 144 in Dera Ismail Khan (D I Khan) from October 13 to November 11, 2026, keeping in view the law and order situation. An order issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Hikatullah, stated that all kinds of public gatherings, pillion riding, and rallies are banned in the city until November 11, 2026. According to the notification, gatherings and activities that risk compromising law and order, disrupting the flow of traffic, or impeding the movement of citizens will not be permitted.
