PTA says intensified nationwide monitoring, measures to improve telecom services
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) said on Friday it had intensified nationwide monitoring to improve the quality of telecom services, enhance network performance, and address consumer concerns. “In this regard, various monitoring activities and service improvement measures were undertaken through PTA’s 10 Zonal Offices from 8th to 14th October, 2026,” the Authority said in a statement.
