Tax audit, assessment: FBR implements faceless system
ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has implemented a comprehensive framework for conducting tax audits, income tax assessments and related income tax and sales tax recovery proceedings against the taxpayers through the National Faceless Centre (NFC) with the help of artificial intelligence from October 15, 2026.
