Court adjourns ex-CM KP audio leak case
ISLAMABAD: A local court on Saturday could not record the statements of prosecution witnesses in an audio leak case against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur due to the accused’s non-appearance. Additional District and Sessions Judge Hakim Khan Bakhar adjourned the hearing until November 27 after being informed that the accused had already been arrested. Gandapur’s lawyer, Raja Zahoorul Hassan, appeared before the court along with co-accused Farooq in the case registered against them at the Golra Police Station.
