Maj Hussnain appointed Defence Division’s Addl Secretary-I
ISLAMABAD: In yet another military-to-civilian placement, Maj Gen Qulbul Hussnain was appointed Additional Secretary-I, Defence Division, on a secondment basis with immediate effect and until further orders, said a notification issued by the Establishment Division on Monday. He replaces Maj Gen Umar Farid, the notification said. Maj Gen Hussnain belongs to the Pakistan Army’s Punjab Regiment. Copyright Business Recorder, 2026
