Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has accused India of sponsoring terrorist groups operating from Afghan territory, stating that the Afghan Taliban regime was acting as a proxy in attacks against Pakistan.
