New EV, double-decker buses: Sharjeel directs transport department to finalise routes
KARACHI: Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has directed the transport department to finalise routes and operational arrangements for another batch of electric and double-decker buses expected to arrive in Karachi this month. Chairing a meeting of the Transport and Mass Transit Department, he stressed that routes should cover major roads, commercial centres, educational institutions and residential areas, particularly those with greater public transport needs.
