ISLAMABAD: Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal said on Wednesday that a joint investigation team (JIT) had found serious irregularities and fraud in Islamabad’s One Constitution Avenue project, including manipulation of the bidding process and illegal sale of apartments.
