Gold price jumps Rs9,600 per tola in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Thursday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs435,636 after a gain of Rs9,600 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at 373,487 after it increased by Rs8,230, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Wednesday, the gold price per tola reached Rs426,036 after gaining Rs13,900 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $96 to reach $4,131 per ounce.
