Sri Lankan shares fall for third straight session

Sri Lankan shares closed lower on Wednesday, hurt by broad-based losses led by materials stocks. The CSE All Share index settled 0.61% down at 21,133.41, falling for the third straight session. Industrial Asphalts and SMB Finance PLC were the top percentage losers on the CSE All Share index, falling 14.3% and 9%, respectively. Trading volume on the CSE All Share index rose to 69.4 million shares from 55.8 million in the previous session.
