Russian strikes injure 18 across Ukraine, officials say

Russian air strikes injured 18 and damaged buildings in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv and in the Black Sea port city of Odesa, among other locations, in the early hours of Thursday, officials said on the Telegram messaging app. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said 12 people, including two children, were wounded in the city, adding that apart from apartment and inhabited buildings, debris also fell on warehouse facilities and near a petrol station, which are now a frequent target of attacks.
