NIPP, UNFPA discuss climate change impact on women
LAHORE: The National Institute of Public Policy (NIPP), an integral unit of the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), organised a roundtable discussion on the “Climate Change Study and Action Plan” to examine the growing impact of climate change on women and girls. The discussion focused on health, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), gender-based violence (GBV) and humanitarian vulnerabilities arising from climate-related disasters.
