Cheque clearing date: Unnecessary propaganda being spread: Azma
LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Azma Bokhari, responding to Fawad Chaudhry over the payment made by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, said unnecessary propaganda was being spread over the clearing date mentioned on the cheque. She said that normal cheques in Pakistan are cleared the following day, adding that this is a standard banking procedure.
