SPI-based inflation rises slightly

ISLAMABAD: The Sensitive Price Index (SPI)-based inflation for the week ended on September 17, 2026, registered an increase of 0.49percent, owing to sharp price escalation in diesel by 7.29percent, petrol by 6.40percent, and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by 3.26percent.
