Broad gains boost Sri Lankan shares
Sri Lankan shares closed higher on Tuesday, helped by broad-based gains led by utilities and real estate stocks. The CSE All Share index settled up 0.36% at 21,054.01. Asia Siyaka Commodities and Hikkaduwa Beach Resort were the top percentage gainers on the CSE All Share index, rising 7.3% and 6.7%, respectively. Trading volume on the CSE All Share index rose to 58.4 million shares from 48.7 million in the previous session.
