Pashtuns respect women: Azma
LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Azma Bokhari, reacting to the KP government spokesperson’s inappropriate remarks about the Chief Minister Punjab, said that such language and conduct could only come from savages. Azma Bokhari said that Pashtuns are people who respect women. “These despicable, suggestive remarks reflect the upbringing of the person concerned,” she said. “I have heartfelt sympathies for his mother and the other women in his family.” Copyright Business Recorder, 2026
