Week 3 · Weight. Framing, cutting hedge words, disagreeing without damage, saying no.
Week 4 · Command. Opening a talk, answering on the spot, hard conversations, working a room.

Five stage days test everything at once: a corridor, a wedding table, a meeting that turns, a hostile Q&A, and on day 30 a three-minute talk on a topic you have not seen, scored against the person you were on day one.
